Betachek C50 cassettes can be ordered in by your pharmacy from the pharmacy wholesaler Alliance Healthcare. Please contact [email protected] if your pharmacist has any difficulty obtaining Betachek C50 test cassettes.

If you are eligible for test strips on prescription then you can ask your doctor to change your prescription to Betachek C50 test cassettes. Betachek C50 test cassettes are low cost (< £10 on the UK drug tariff) and meet all UK requirements.

If you are concerned that your doctor may not change your prescription then you can ask for a prescription for Betachek C50 test cassettes, before you buy a meter.

If you are not eligible for test strips on prescription then you can buy your test cassettes on this website direct from the manufacturer. 

Test cassettes come with an expiry date of 12 to 18 months - see the test cassette packaging for the expiry date. 

After loading a cassette you have 90 days to use all the tests. The meter will warn you when the 90 days is approaching. After 90 days the meter will flash EXP to indicate that the cassette has expired.
