You can return an item if you change your mind.
How long do I have to return an item?
Once you have received your package, you have 30 days to request a refund and ship your package. This 30 day period does not include shipping.

Please let us know that you wish to return the purchased product(s) and let us know the reason e.g. change of mind.
Return process
If for any reason you wish to return your product(s), please follow the simple steps below:
1. Contact customer service.
2. Pack all items with your invoice in a secure box or reuse the original packaging. Please ensure all items are securely packaged.
3. Send the package back to us at the address provided by customer service.
4. Once your returned items are received at our warehouse, we will process the refund within 3 business days. We'll send you an email to confirm your refund. Please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
Shipping cost refund.
The freight charges you paid for your original purchase will be refunded to you.
You need to pay the return freight. It is recommended to use tracking with insurance.
5 Year Warranty
The Betachek C50 meter warranty covers defects resulting from defective parts, materials or manufacturing. The device is considered defective if it fails to perform the functions as indicated in the user manual. The Betachek C50 has been designed to provide years of reliable service. In the event that it should fail to perform correctly, it will be repaired or replaced as quickly as possible. Please contact [email protected] for any warranty claims.
