  • Big improvement with all-in-one.
    I really like the cassette and the built in lancing device. Just wind away a used test and you're done. Good app too. It has nothing to do with the test, but after the test the result appears in the app.

    My clinic gave me a meter, which came with several bits and pieces in a zip up bag. I really didnt want to use it. Betachek C50 is totally different. It fits in my handbag and doing a test doesnt leave me with a piece of plastic with blood on one end. Looking forward to trying the app.

    The all-in-one device is excellent. It’s the main reason I chose it. It’s easy to use and the accompanying mobile app is a great resource to collate the information. I primarily use it to monitor my levels for the purpose of reversal.

    Just finished first two cassettes and found it convenient not having to carry a bag around with separate bits and pieces etc. The wind on wind off test strip is certainly a good idea along with the lancet built into the unit

    It's connected to the app, and since I intend to reverse my type 2, it's overview is plain to show where I have gone wrong. Love it. Just ordered my 4 new cartridges.

    After nearly three weeks of use my partner is finding the Betachek BG meter very convenient and easy to use. Took a few days to get the hang of coordinating lancing and placing the drop of blood, but now he has it down pat.

The convenience of having a test strip cassette, rather than the individual test strips, is excellent and makes it ideal for use when travelling.
    The in-built lancet is also a great idea, although I use a lancet which came with my previous meter and uses the Accu-Chek FastClix 6 lancet cassette for extra convenience.
    I recommend this product.

    I am very happy with the product. I did find I used up a significant number of tests working out the best way to use it. My eyes are not as good as they have been and it is not easy to get enough blood on the right mark
